Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd Appoints Baneswar Banerjee as Business Head – Automotive Loans

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Baneswar Banerjee as the Business Head – Automotive Loans. The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Banerjee, a postgraduate in Sales & Marketing from IIM Indore and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Bhilai Institute of Technology, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. He has played a pivotal role in Mahindra’s auto journey and has driven several successful product launches. His term begins on 9th April 2026.
