Citizen Infoline Ltd Fixes Record Date for Shareholders Amidst Scheme of Amalgamation with Citizen Solar Private Limited

Citizen Infoline Ltd has announced that the company has fixed the record date as March 31, 2026, for the purpose of determining the shareholders of Citizen Solar Private Limited (Transferor Company) who shall be entitled to receive equity shares of Citizen Infoline Ltd (Transferee Company). This decision comes after the receipt of a copy of the NCLT order dated March 19, 2026, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Citizen Solar Private Limited with Citizen Infoline Ltd and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Transferor Company proposed March 31, 2026, as the record date, and the Board of Directors of Citizen Infoline Ltd approved this date at their meeting held on April 03, 2026.
