The Board of Directors of East West Freight Carriers Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Synghal as an Additional Director and Independent Director in a meeting on 01/04/2026. Mr. Synghal is the Founder & Managing Director of Dimaz Group, with over 30 years of strategic and operational expertise in aviation, travel and tourism, international cargo, healthcare, education, events, and film production. The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders, and the Notice of the Postal Ballot will be intimated in due course. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration committee.
