Solvex Edibles Ltd has received a disclosure from the promoter, Ashish Goel, on behalf of the promoters and promoter group, stating that they along with persons acting in concert, have not made any encumbrance on shares of Solvex Edibles Limited held by them during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This disclosure was made under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
