Genesis Ibrc India Ltd, formerly known as CCME Global Limited, has appointed Ms. Garima Garg as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 8, 2026. Ms. Garg is a qualified Company Secretary with over 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance under Corporate Laws. She is appointed on such terms and conditions including remuneration as may be mutually agreed between her and the board of directors of the Company.
