NCLT Sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation of Citizen Solar Private Limited into Citizen Infoline Limited

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, Court-II has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Citizen Solar Private Limited into Citizen Infoline Limited. The appointed date for the amalgamation is 1st April 2023 and the effective date will be the date of filing of the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The company has complied with the observations of the Stock Exchange(s) and applicable provisions of SEBI Circulars. The scheme of amalgamation is being disclosed as a material event in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
