Logica Infoway Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Logica Infoway Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the year ending March 31, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for Promoters, Directors, Connected/Designated Persons, Insiders, and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Financial Results for the FY 2025-2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
