Incon Engineers Ltd Announces Newspaper Advertisements for Physical Shares and Special Window for Re-lodgement

Incon Engineers Ltd has published newspaper advertisements in various languages and regions regarding requests for physical shares. The company has also announced a Special Window from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities. This window is available for such transfer requests which were submitted earlier and were rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiencies subject to rectification and resubmission within the aforesaid period. The transfer shall be processed only in dematerialized form and shall be subject to a lock in period of one year from the date of registration of transfer as per the SEBI guidelines.
