Capfin India Ltd Allots 10,30,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

Capfin India Ltd has allotted 10,30,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 32.88 per Equity Share including a premium of Rs. 22.88 per Equity Share. The allotment has been made on a preferential basis to persons including the promoter/promoter group, for cash consideration. The allotted Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu, in all respects with existing equity shares of the Company.
