Indo Farm Equipment Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Indo Farm Equipment Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course. All Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
