Adani Ports Board to meet on April 30 for FY26 results & dividend

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, April 30, 2026. The board will consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, they will consider and recommend a dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the Financial Year 2025-26. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are made public on April 30, 2026. The company will also host investor/analyst calls on April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. IST to discuss the financial results and business outlook, with participation from key management personnel.
