GSPL receives IT rectification order, assessed income reduced to ","1435 Cr

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd (GSPL) has received a rectification order from the Asst. Commissioner of Income Tax, Gandhinagar Circle, under Section 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This order, dated April 9, 2026, rectifies a previous income tax order for Assessment Year 2024-25 (FY 2023-24). The rectification changes the assessed income in the tax computation from ","1683 crores to ","1435 crores. The company received this order on April 10, 2026. Despite the change in assessed income, GSPL has stated that the financial impact on its operations will be NIL.
