United Van Der Horst Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

United Van Der Horst Ltd (UVDHL) has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board meeting for the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
