Trading Window Closure for Looks Health Services Ltd until 48 hours after Q3 2025 Results

Looks Health Services Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2025, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for Q3 2025. The board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results will be intimated separately. During this period, the PAN of designated persons will be frozen by the designated depository for trading in equity shares of the company. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the company directly or indirectly during the closure of the trading window.
