Sundram Fasteners Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from March 31, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider approval of the audited financial results will be intimated later.
