Megri Soft Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, confirms that it did not raise any funds through public or preferential issues during the quarter ended 31st March 2026. Therefore, the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32(1) for the said quarter is not applicable.
