Warren Tea Ltd: Vinay K. Goenka Resigns as Executive Chairman, Vivek Goenka Appointed as Vice Chairman & Managing Director

At a Board Meeting held on 31st March, 2026, Warren Tea Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Vinay K. Goenka as Executive Chairman with effect from the close of 31st March, 2026. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director designated as 'Chairman' from 1st April, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vivek Goenka as the Additional Whole Time Director designated as 'Vice Chairman & Managing Director' from 1st April, 2026 to 31st March, 2029, subject to shareholder approval.
