Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 15th April, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. The company will also recommend final dividend, if any. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the audited financial results become generally available information.
