Arco Leasing Ltd's CFO, Narendra Mahavirprasad Ruia, Resigns Due to Other Professional Commitments

Arco Leasing Ltd has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Narendra Mahavirprasad Ruia, due to his other professional commitments. He will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on March 27th, 2026. Mr. Ruia confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter. The Company has started the process of informing the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the stock exchanges, and all other relevant regulatory and financial institutions about the change in authorized signatory status.
