Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd Appoints Compliance Officer and RTA for Q1 2026

In accordance with Regulation 6(1) and 7(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has appointed a compliance officer and RTA for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026. Sanjay Ahuja has been appointed as the compliance officer, who is a qualified company secretary with membership number FCS-5233. He was appointed on July 31, 2013, and there has been no change in the compliance officer in the previous two quarters.
