Trading Window of Dynamic Microsteppers Ltd to Close for Audited Financial Results

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of Dynamic Microsteppers Ltd will be closed for a period starting from April 01, 2026 and lasting for 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider the announcement of these results will be informed in due course, in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
