Oscar Global Ltd: Major Resignations and Appointments of Directors, Including New Chairman & MD

Oscar Global Ltd has seen significant changes in its board members. Mr. Karan Kanika Verma has resigned from his positions as Director, Managing Director, and Chairman. Three new additional directors have been appointed: Mr. Gopal Bhatter, Ms. Sonia Bhatter, and Ms. Monika Bhatter. Two other directors, Mr. Radheshyam Pandey and Mr. Arvind Ganpat Desai, have also been appointed as additional directors and Independent Directors. Furthermore, three directors, Mr. Pawan Chadha, Ms. Nishu, and Mr. Sanjeev Rathore, have resigned. Ms. Nitasha Sinha has also resigned from her posts. The company has approved the re-classification of several individuals and entities from 'promoter category' to 'public'. Lastly, Ms. Neelam Shaboo has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
