Cipla Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The meeting will also recommend final dividend for the year ended 31st March 2026, if any. The Company's 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities will be closed from April 1, 2026, to May 15, 2026, for the financial results' purpose.
