Kimia Biosciences Ltd has appointed two new Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Avinash Prabhat and Ms. Reema Goyal, with a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also reconstituted its Committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
