Speciality Restaurants Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Speciality Restaurants Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The decision is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
