Golden Legand Leasing & Finance Ltd Allots 6,63,51,000 Convertible Warrants to Public Category

Golden Legand Leasing & Finance Ltd has allotted 6,63,51,000 convertible warrants to non-promoter public category allottees. The allotment is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable rules/regulations. The warrants, carrying an option to subscribe to the equity share of the Company, can be converted into 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share at an issue price of Rs. 12.96/- (Rupees Twelve and Ninety-Six Paise Only) including premium of Rs. 2.96 /- (Rupees Two and Ninety Six Paise Only) within 18 months from the date of allotment. The total consideration for the warrants is Rs. 21,49,77,240/- (Rupees Twenty-One Crore Forty-Nine Lakhs Seventy-Seven Thousand and Two Hundred and Forty only). The allottees include Mariango Trading Private Limited, Mocktail Trading Private Limited, Pearl Dealers Private Limited, Orchard Road Properties Private Limited, Sandarv Trading Private Limited, Ultimate Annex Trading Private Limited, Spunwell Technology Private Limited, Divya Singh Kushwaha, Jayanta Roy, and Jaspreet Kaur.
