Hatsun Agro Appoints Rajprabu Harshan as Independent Director

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 10, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Rajprabu Harshan as an Additional Director. He will serve as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting from the same date, pending approval from company members via postal ballot. The board also approved the postal ballot notice and appointed Mr. Ramanathan Nachiappan as the scrutinizer for the process.
