KFin Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. The closure, which will take effect from April 1, 2026, is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for a Company with Listed Securities. The move is in connection with the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the company are listed.
