Crescentis Capital Ltd Trading Window Closed Until 48 Hours After Q1 FY2026 Results

Crescentis Capital Ltd (formerly Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. All insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are requested to refrain from trading in the company's securities during this period. The date of the board meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated separately.
