Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended on 31-03-2026. This decision is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons as per the Company’s amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading have been informed not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
