Trading Window Closure Notice for Mitshi India Ltd's Q4 and FY 2025-2026 Results

Mitshi India Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons, including directors, identified employees, KMPs, promoters, promotee group, immediate relatives, and connected persons. The closure will commence on 1st April 2026 and will last until two days after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The board meeting date for declaring the results will be communicated later.
