Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has completed the dispatch of the Second and Final Call Money Notice to the eligible partly paid Rights Equity shareholders. The Notice was sent electronically on April 06, 2026, to those shareholders whose e-mail address is registered with the Company or the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or Depository Participant(s) on the Record Date. The Physical copy of the Notice along with instructions and ASBA form was dispatched on April 07, 2026, to the registered addresses of those shareholders who have not registered their e-mail address.
