Maharashtra Scooters Ltd to Approve Q4 and FY2025-26 Financial Results in April Board Meeting

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 22 April 2026 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026. The meeting will also recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. In addition, the company has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Wednesday, 1 April 2026 till Friday, 24 April 2026 for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct.
