Odyssey Corporation Ltd has announced the acquisition of the remaining 20% equity stake in Odyssey Infrabuild Private Limited. This acquisition makes Odyssey Infrabuild a wholly owned subsidiary of Odyssey Corporation Limited. The acquisition was carried out at an arm’s length basis, with the cost of acquisition being Rs. 1,00,00,000/-. The promoter/promoter group/group companies have an interest in the entity being acquired. The acquisition will lead to the consolidation of financials and the promoters/promoter group/directors have an interest in the entity being acquired.
