Photon Capital Advisors Limited has announced the closure of its trading window as required by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will commence from 01.04.2026 and end 48 hours after the declaration of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated separately.
