Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has announced the resignation of two senior management personnel. Mr. Sujoy Kanti Bagchi, President – Sales & Marketing Department, and Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, Associate Vice President – Accounts Department, have both tendered their resignations due to personal reasons. Mr. Bagchi's resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on April 11, 2026, while Mr. Agarwal's resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on March 16, 2026.
