Shreans Daga Family Trust Acquires 6.85% Stake in Orbit Exports Ltd

Shreans Daga Family Trust has acquired a 6.85% stake in Orbit Exports Ltd as of March 27, 2026. The trust, along with persons acting in concert, held 3.01% through Varun Daga Family Trust and 3.00% through Shreans Daga Family Trust. Kanchan Daga, another person acting in concert, held 0.84%. The acquisition was made off-market and the total voting capital of Orbit Exports Ltd before the acquisition was Rs. 26,51,11,520 comprising of 2,65,11,152 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. After the acquisition, the total voting capital of Orbit Exports Ltd was the same.
