Manoj Ceramic Ltd Closes Trading Window for Directors and Designated Persons

Manoj Ceramic Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, and connected persons. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window is closed from 01st April, 2026, for the consideration of Financial Results for the half year and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of these results will be intimated in due course.
