LIC designates Pankaj Kumar Saxena as Senior Management Personnel

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has designated Mr. Pankaj Kumar Saxena as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). He will assume the role of Executive Director (Alternate Channel) at the Central Office. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Saxena served as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of LIC Pension Fund Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation. With a career spanning over 35 years since joining LIC in 1990, Mr. Saxena holds a post-graduate degree in Mathematics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He has extensive experience in both administrative and marketing wings across various zones and held key leadership positions, including Senior Divisional Manager and Regional Manager (Marketing). His term of appointment extends until April 10, 2026.
