Taylormade Renewables Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
