Chemtech Industrial Valves Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Financials

Chemtech Industrial Valves Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders and designated persons, as well as their immediate relatives, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be announced in due course. Insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the company during the closure period.
