KD Leisures Ltd Approves Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for Q1 2025

KD Leisures Limited has approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 2025 at their meeting held on 07th November 2025. The Board has considered and approved the financial results, which are presented in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. However, the audit report contains a qualified opinion due to the lack of confirmations regarding the closing balances of loans and advances and non-compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 for assessment years 2021-22 onwards.
