Nava Ltd to Temporarily Halt Ferro Alloys Plant Operations for Maintenance

Nava Ltd has announced a temporary shutdown of its two Furnaces at the Ferro Alloys Plant (FAP) located in Odisha. The shutdown, starting from April 1, 2026, is planned for mid-life structural inspection and maintenance, lasting approximately three months. The Company's 30 MW Captive Power Plant will continue to operate, and power generated will be exported to the grid. Nava Ltd anticipates improved realizations from power sales, optimizing overall returns, and no material adverse impact on its financial performance.
