NTPC Ltd Upgrades Capacity of Two Units at Dadri Thermal Power Station to 500 MW Each

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NTPC Ltd has announced that the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) has uprated the capacity of two units (Unit no. 5 and 6) of Dadri Thermal Power Station from 490 MW each to 500 MW each. This upgrade will be effective from 7th April 2026. This development will increase the total installed capacity of NTPC group to 89,128 MW and the commercial capacity to 88,048 MW.
