Shivamshree Businesses Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Shivamshree Businesses Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Standalone financial results for the quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026.
