Black Rose Industries Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Black Rose Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The prohibition is in accordance with the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for the company's directors, officers, and designated employees, as well as their immediate relatives, from 1st April, 2026 until the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 and 48 hours thereafter. The date of the Board meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated separately.
