Terai Tea Company Ltd. Disinvests 47.73% Shareholding in Associate Company

Terai Tea Company Limited has decided and approved to disinvest the 47.73% share holdings held in Terai Dooars Tea Co. Pvt Ltd, an Associate of the Company, to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma. The shares shall be transferred in due course, resulting in Terai Dooars Tea Co. Pvt Ltd ceasing to be an Associate of Terai Tea Company Limited w.e.f March 30, 2026. The transaction took place on March 30, 2026, and the details are provided in Annexure A.
