C.E. Info Systems Ltd Announces Key Management Changes

C.E. Info Systems Ltd announced key management changes at its Board Meeting held on April 06, 2026. The changes include the appointment of Mrs. Rashmi Verma as Chief Human Resources Officer in addition to her current role as CTO. Mr. Shishir Kumar Verma has been assigned as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Gtropy Systems Private Limited and will oversee Human Resources functions as CHRO for Gtropy Systems Private Limited and Mappls DT Private Limited, subsidiaries of the Company. The transition of Mr. Rishin Kalra as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Gtropy Systems Private Limited was also approved. These changes aim to strengthen operational and technical leadership at the subsidiary level, enhancing focused execution, improving operational efficiency, and enabling faster decision-making aligned with the Group’s growth strategy.
