Prime Securities Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Prime Securities Ltd, in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders' under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with NSE and BSE Circulars, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons. The closure will commence from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
