Bonlon Industries Ltd. Receives Order and Demand Notice from Income Tax Department for A.Y. 2021-22

Bonlon Industries Ltd. has received an order along with a demand notice from the Income Tax Department on 31st March 2026 under section 147 and 156 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the Assessment Year 2021-22. The Company believes it has a strong case on merit and will be filing an appeal against the order before the appropriate authority. The Company will promptly update the Stock Exchanges in case of any further material development in this regard in future. This may also be treated as a price sensitive information as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
